Pros
Responsive upline, fantastic training and can answer real world questions easily.
Cons
Is more of a regional FMO so doesn't have some of the local carriers in certain states. But willing to get them if enough interest.
Advice for this organization
Keep up the good work.

Very strong Regional FMO. Very knowledgeable staff. They really know thier stuff. Can actually get real world answers when complex scenarios come up. Fully understands the contracting process of what can and cant be done too, which can be an issue with regional FMOs. Gets the attention and service for being a bit smaller, but partners with one of the big dogs to give agents what they need.

Advice for this organization
Don’t grow too quickly. The organization is in a rapid growth period, I hope everything continues as it is now even with the growth

Everything seems to be pretty streamlined. Contracting went smooth, I was actually able to begin training through the contracting process. I was essentially able to sell by time I was RTS in SunFire. CRM PrimeTrack360 (the companies CRM) helps me manage my everyday tasks, client communications, retention, commissions tracking/reporting, etc… I always have ongoing support when needed. I am part of the companies group chat and we also do regular team meetings and video calls for remote agents. Even when I don’t receive an answer from leadership I receive an overwhelming amount of help and support from other agents within the company chats. Highly recommend for agents looking for a smaller company feel with the large company tech and training structures.

No advice, best move I've made in my Medicare career.

I came from an FMO who never reached out, never cared, where I pretty much had to fend for myself. Finding Joanna and Zach has been the best career move I've made. The training is there, leadership is in the trenches with us. I can't say enough good things!

What I appreciate most is the partnership they provide. It doesn’t feel like you’re just another agent—it feels like you have a team that actually supports your success. They are professional, dependable, and consistent, which allows me to stay focused on helping clients instead of worrying about backend issues or administrative delays. Overall, this has been a very positive and dependable partnership. The combination of efficient contracting, excellent communication, and strong support makes this agency stand out. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional upline.

Pros
Integrity Partner * Women-led team that truly stands out in a male-dominated industry. * You are treated like a person, not just a production number * Extremely responsive and supportive — someone is always there when you need help * Leadership that genuinely mentors and invests in your growth * Long-standing, consistent team you can rely on * Family-style culture that makes it feel like home * Consistently goes above and beyond without hesitation * Operates with integrity in every interaction.
Cons
No real cons — and if I miss someone, it’s usually just because I caught them at lunch (and they always get back to me quickly)
Advice for this organization
* Be clear on what kind of support you’re looking for — Emrick Group excels in hands-on, relationship-driven partnerships * Take advantage of their knowledge and mentorship — don’t be afraid to ask questions early and often * Understand your product mix and goals so they can help guide you effectively * Clarify contracting, carrier options, and expectations upfront so you can hit the ground running * Lean into the relationship — the more engaged you are, the more value you’ll get
Full review
Our experience working with Emrick Group has been nothing short of exceptional. From day one, it’s felt like a true partnership — not a transactional relationship. Their leadership sets the tone, and the entire team consistently shows up with a high level of responsiveness, knowledge, and genuine care for the agents they support. In an industry where that isn’t always the norm, their women-led structure really stands out and brings a level of integrity and heart that you can feel in every interaction. There really aren’t any downsides to speak of — the only “miss” has ever been my own timing catching someone at lunch, and even then, follow-up is always prompt. For any new agent considering contracting, I would suggest coming in with a clear understanding of your goals and being open to guidance. Take advantage of the mentorship available, ask questions early, and make sure you understand your carrier options and expectations upfront. If you stay engaged and lean into the relationship, you’ll get a tremendous amount of value out of the partnership.

No runaround, no delays, just solid support! ACMG keeps things simple and efficient, which makes a huge difference when you’re trying to get business submitted and approved quickly. Definitely a reliable partner for any agency.

Keep enhancing the systems and tools available to agents. Everything already runs smoothly, so any added improvements will just make it even more efficient.

Full review
I have been an independent insurance agent for 6 years. I was recruited by David Duford, back in 2020, when he recruited for Medicare agents. Since then, he has stopped actively recruiting Medicare agents, and he only recruits FEX agents. I was working at Farm Bureau insurance in 2020, and I was making $60K/year, and I loved my team that I worked with. However, I worked at a cubicle in their corporate office, and I knew that I would always be in a cubicle there if I didn't start my own business. David was making YouTube videos about how some agents were making over $100K/year selling Medicare related insurance products. He also had a replicable system for how a new agent could start and get to 100K. It was hard to leave my current job for a hope and a dream, but I did. Within 2 years, I was already over 100K in revenue from selling Medicare insurance products. I mostly sold $0 Medicare Advantage plans to low income people. David met with me individually every few months, and he gave me great motivation. I never could have succeeded as an entrepreneur without him and his partner Matt Mungia. There is a lot of hidden money in the Medicare Advantage world. David Duford's FMO was not top of hierarchy with most of the MA carriers. This meant that they couldn't offer the best MA contracts in terms of admin fees and marketing money. I ended up leaving for another FMO that offered more compensation. The new FMO didn't offer as much training as I got from David, but by then I already had learned the business, and I didn't need training.
